Hiring Practices

A potential employee, pre-screened by Little Ones Learning Center administration normally starts out as a teaching candidate often serving as a substitute teacher throughout the center. This allows administration and staff to offer feedback on the candidate’s interactions. This process helps ensure only qualified, caring people work in our centers.

All new employees participate in a company orientation conducted by the director. Employees are briefed on company policies and procedures such as Communication, Classroom Management Strategies, Health & Safety and Curriculum. Our management team consists of 2 directors and an on-site owner. Staff attend workshops and conferences in the community. Our center and staff are members of the Georgia Child Care Association and The Black Child Development Institute.
