PBIS

What is PBIS?
Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports, or PBIS, is a research-based practice that addresses student behavior through systems change. It is a way to create a supportive environment for all students and create individualized approaches to preventing and addressing problem behavior. When it is implemented well, students experience improved social and academic outcomes, schools are able to take less disciplinary actions, and teachers feel more effective in their roles.

How we utilize PBIS at Little Ones?
At Little Ones, PBIS is a cornerstone of how we train staff and operate day-to-day. If necessary, we have behavior specialists that can work with students to provide the help they need. We firmly believe that with the right support system, all students can be successful.
